Reading books is an excellent way to help children develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
According to the Raising Children Network, reading books, sharing stories, talking, and singing every day helps children in many ways.
Reading and story time can:
Reading a book teaches a child about people, places, and events that they couldn’t learn otherwise. This gives children a deeper understanding of the world around them and cultures that are different from their own.
Kids who read grow up to have better cognitive skills.
Womenn will regularly post subscribers a different and exciting chapter book, motivating them to keep reading and discovering new books regularly.
